Preparation of Class Lists for the Internet

 
We are now beginning the large task of posting the individual class lists to the website.  We are striving for consistency in these lists for the ease of searching by other classmates.  We need the entire list including mailing addresses, missing and deceased classmates.

Due to privacy concerns we will publish only the following classmate information:
     First name
     Maiden Name
     Last Name
     City
     State
     Email address (encoded to prevent mis-use by Spammers)
 
Construction of Class Lists

Preferred software is Microsoft Excel ™ (any version) but nearly any spreadsheet, word processing or database software can be accommodated.

The fields of data should be in the following order:
    First name
    Maiden name (Female)   Last name (Male)
    Marital Last Name (Female)
    Postal Address
    City
    State
    Zip
    Email

If any of the info is unknown or doesn't apply, leave the field BLANK
If the person has died, enter "(Deceased)" in the City field
